Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Biznextech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional digital marketing, web development, branding, and related creative services. All projects are initiated based on a mutually agreed proposal, quotation, or package.

2. Revision Policy

Unlimited Revisions: Offered according to your selected package, provided the main concept remains unchanged.
Processing Time: 48–72 business hours per revision request.
Support Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
Fair Usage: A maximum of 30 revisions per project before extra charges apply.

3. Approval & Delivery

Once a project or file is approved and delivered, further edits or refunds will not be processed. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables prior to approval.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Before Initial Delivery

Refund requests made before the delivery of initial content qualify for a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee).

B. After Initial Delivery

Within 48 hours: 66% refund (excluding 10% fee).
Between 48–120 hours: 33% refund (excluding 10% fee).
After 120 hours: No refund, but revisions will continue until satisfaction.

C. Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours qualify for a full refund (minus 10%), provided no work has been delivered. Cancellations due to a change of mind are not eligible for refunds.

D. Inactivity

If an order remains inactive for 30 days, it will be considered completed and non-refundable. Reactivation may require additional fees.

E. Final Deliverables

After the delivery of final project files, refund requests will not be accepted.

F. Valid Refund Grounds

Refunds are valid only if the final work does not align with the approved project brief after multiple revision attempts.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment and approval, all rights transfer to the client. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All shared client information, files, and project details remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Delays caused by client inaction or late feedback are not our responsibility.
Total liability is limited to the project’s total paid amount.

8. Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited revisions are subject to fair usage. Abuse or harassment of staff may result in service termination without refund.

9. Project Timelines

All timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and timely feedback.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in United Kingdom.
